These terms cover orders placed on qwangcoffee.com, operated by Qwang Coffee, Singapore.

The product

Bottled Vietnamese milk coffee. Perishable. Keep it refrigerated and drink it within the period stated on the label. Contains caffeine and sugar. It is very sweet. That is the point.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order — for example if we cannot fulfil it — in which case you receive a full refund. All orders are subject to availability.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore only. Delivery timelines are stated at checkout and on the product page. If nobody is available to receive a delivery, we will follow the delivery instructions on the order; bottles left unattended are at your risk once delivered as instructed.

Refunds

Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
