Qwang Coffee is bottled Vietnamese milk coffee — cà phê sữa đá by way of a Singapore home kitchen. Vietnamese coffee powder, milk powder, water. Mixed properly, bottled, chilled. We tell you this first so nobody else gets to.
Qwang started in December 2021 as a Vietnamese salad concept — a play on the word quăng, which means to toss. We are resting the salad menu, but the coffee has returned. Now the tossing instruction applies to the bottle: shake it.
There are no tasting notes. There is no brew guide. There is no origin story beyond the one you just read. It's a drink. A good one, cold and strong and sweet, sold ten at a time for $39 because delivery costs the same either way.
