The gap in every catering order
Mobile coffee catering in Singapore usually means a cart, a barista, and an hourly rate. Bottled coffee catering means the coffee simply arrives, cold and finished. We are the second kind.
Food caterers do not do good coffee. Barista carts sell you a person by the hour. If what you actually need is coffee on the table, cold and ready, that is bottles.
How much to order
One to one and a half 300ml bottles per guest, for a two to three hour event. If there is food and other drinks going round, take the lower number.

Every bottle is $3.90. There are no tiers, no volume discount to negotiate and no quote form. The price is the same for ten bottles and for two hundred, which is unusual in this category and is deliberate — you should not have to email anyone to find out what coffee costs.

The Friday run exists because we bottle in one batch and drive it out the same day, which is how the price stays at $3.90. An event is a different problem: if you have a date, tell us the date and we will bottle for it instead.
Where this came from
Qwang was a shop before it was a bottle. One unit at Space@Kovan, opened December 2021, Vietnamese food. 4.1 stars across 34 Google reviews. The shop is closed now. The coffee is the same recipe, made the same way, and the only thing that changed is that it comes in a bottle and you can order two hundred of them.
It is coffee powder, milk powder and water. The whole craft is the ratio — enough milk that it is not bitter, not so much water that it is thin. That is the entire trick and we would rather say it than dress it up.

How much bottled coffee do I need for an event?
Plan one to one and a half 300ml bottles per guest for a two to three hour event. Fifty guests is fifty to seventy-five bottles, so five to eight 10-packs. If there is food and other drinks, take the lower number.

How long does bottled coffee keep?
Three to five days refrigerated. There are no preservatives and it is not shelf-stable, which is why it is delivered chilled and sold ten at a time rather than by the case.
Do you offer hot coffee in bulk?
No. It is cold. That is the point — it sits next to a buffet for hours without equipment and gets better with ice, not worse.
How is bottled coffee different from hiring a coffee cart?
A coffee cart is a barista, equipment and an hourly rate. This is bottles. $3.90 each, already made, no staff on site, no power needed.
Can bottled coffee sit alongside food catering?
