The 3pm problem
The office coffee situation is usually one of three things: a machine nobody descales, a jar of instant, or everybody separately ordering $7 cups on an app at three in the afternoon. The third one is the expensive one and nobody adds it up.
Three delivered cups a week is most of $25. Ten bottles in the fridge is $39 and covers a fortnight of afternoons.

Where this came from
Qwang was a shop before it was a bottle. One unit at Space@Kovan, opened December 2021, Vietnamese food. 4.1 stars across 34 Google reviews. The shop is closed now. The coffee is the same recipe — coffee powder, milk powder and water, held at a ratio that is neither bitter nor thin. That is the whole trick and we would rather say it than dress it up.

We bottle on Friday and deliver the same day, islandwide, $10 flat. Orders close Wednesday 11:59pm. Most offices settle into a standing order of two or three packs a week.

Three to five days refrigerated. It is a fresh drink with no preservatives, which is why it is a weekly rhythm rather than a case in the store cupboard.
